Baldwin had gained weight over the years as do most people. However, he recently lost some weight by cutting out sugar and exercising. Baldwin lost over 30 pounds after making simple changes in diet and exercising. This helped him return to his attractive physique from Prelude to a Kiss (1992). The actor, who is otherwise healthy, was surprised to gain so much weight from sugar. He warns about the dangers associated with consuming too many of it daily.

Osbourne was a very difficult person to start with, especially when she was young and in the public eye. Osbourne had to work harder to lose weight after her weight issues were made public by her family’s reality TV show. She has managed to lose weight and keep it off since the end of her reality TV show. Kelly didn’t want to eat “diet food” and she did not intend to lose weight. Kelly decided to stop drinking sweetened beverages and replace them with water. She also started eating healthy breakfasts and limiting snacking in the evenings. Kelly discovered a wonderful way to lose weight and inspire others who struggle with the same issues.
